Ebrahim is a Managing Partner and founder of IOTAP. He has several years of technical experience in enterprise application development, IT management and consulting. At IOTAP, Ebrahim drives the technical initiatives, handles service delivery, product development and leads the consulting practice for CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence. Prior to founding IOTAP, Ebrahim has held positions at Onyx Software and Invisalign. Ebrahim holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University.

Ismail Nalwala, Executive VP, Global Sales and Marketing

Ismail has vast industry expertise in Supply chain, Sales and Marketing and has been delivering value to customers through solutions in a diverse set of industries ranging from Health and life sciences to the Federal Government.  Ismail is the founder of Raftar a sales and distribution automation solution usign automatic data capture technoglies RFID for warehouses. In his past life Ismail was Lead Architect at Verisign and worked with fortune 100 companies like Astra Zeneca, Wyeth and Novartis. Having an extensive software background including development, architecture and large scale system design. Ismail has also worked with companies like IBM to deliver the efile system for the IRS.

Ismail has a BSE from Arizona State University, an MSE from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park.

Shyamal Desai, Director Of Business Development

Shyamal Desai has over 30 years international experience in Information Technology. Mr. Desai is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology which is one of India's premier educational institutions. Mr. Desai has worked for 22 years in ITC Ltd. one of India's foremost private sector companies on assignment in Asia, Europe and USA. Mr. Desai held the position of CEO in ITC Infotech's UK subsidiary where he was responsible for its European operations.

Sunit Prakash, Director Of Business Development

With almost 20 years in the business, Sunit has extensive experience working with technology companies in the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region. Headhunted from IBM New Zealand to set up the support operations in Sydney for Baan Australia, Sunit was promoted to take on responsibilities as their Director Support Operations, APJ. At Baan, Sunit implemented their global 24 hour "follow the sun" support model, lead the support organization through a very successful Lean Transformation program, and was instrumental in driving the Education & Application Management Services business. Among others, Sunit specializes in assisting companies to leverage off the ITIL framework to manage capacity and reduce costs, without any compromise in service delivery. Sunit holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Masters degree in Management Studies.
